What is Therapy?
Most of us will face times in our lives where we experience unwanted thoughts and emotions that may leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected and unable to cope.
Therapy is about helping develop a greater awareness of who we are, by exploring the ways that we think, behave and feel.
By understand the decisions we make about the world around us and how they can influence our perception of ourselves. We can perhaps begin to make different choices about how we are going to experience our lives, helping develop the personal resources to meet the challenges of the future and reconnect us with a deeper sense of self.
